Exchanges (Complimentary)
We offer one free exchange on all eligible items.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Our team will assist you in finding the right size or an alternate style
We strongly encourage exchanges to ensure you find your perfect fit.
Returns (Store Credit)
If you prefer a return, we’re happy to offer store credit under the following terms:
- A ₹200 return fee will be deducted to cover reverse shipping and handling
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Store credit will be issued once the item passes our quality check
Store credit is provided in the form of a digital gift card and can be used on any future purchase.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Returned with all original tags and packaging intact
- Free from damage, stains, or fragrance
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these standards.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items purchased on sale or during promotional events
- Customised or made-to-order pieces
Reverse Pickup
- We offer a doorstep pickup service for your convenience
- In case pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be required to ship the product to us
Refund Timeline
- Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect
